Iris in Arch
The Irises
The arched panel is 37 inches by 25 inches and is designed after Van Gogh's paintings of irises. The trellis of clematis frames the piece, and the clematis blossoms are soldered on as a second layer of glass to give the picture more depth.
. A family in Washington, DC, renovated their home and added a window space in their hallway. To protect the privacy of the bedroom on the other side, this stained glass piece was inserted. Created in 2005.
Orchids
This panel was created in 2004 and measures 20x40 inches. It sits in the bathroom of an addition to an existing house. In the bathroom the shower stall has this incredible window space that needed privacy.
The orchids
Here is another photo of the orchid stained glass panel. On the window sill are two flower pots with real orchid plants.
The moose in the mountains
The moose is installed in a mountain cabin in the Virginia appalachian mountains. The owners of the cabin are fond of moose and collect moose of all sorts - this moose panel fills one whole window pane: 56 inches by 33 inches.
Moose landscape
Since there are four panels of glass in the mountain cabin, it looks much more balanced to have both center panels in stained glass. The second panel is a continuation of the moose scene. Same dimensions: 56 inches by 33 inches.
